Breaking below its 20-day low on elevated volume.

A boolean signal (flag) column on the Tickerbot computed state table (20,798+ ticker rows) — computed by the platform, queryable by bare name across the API. Values are NULL on rows the signal doesn't apply to.

Definition: `Price at or below the 20-day low with session volume at least 2x the 10-day average.`
