Today's true range > 2 × ATR(14) with volume — direction-agnostic regime-change tag.

A boolean signal (flag) column on the Tickerbot computed state table (20,798+ ticker rows) — computed by the platform, queryable by bare name across the API. Values are NULL on rows the signal doesn't apply to.

Definition: `true_range > 2 * atr_14 AND volume > 1.5 * avg_volume_10d AND volume > 100,000`
