Facts

definitionSEC Form 4 transaction code S (open-market sale) dated within the last 7 days by an insider titled CEO, CFO, COO, President, Chairman or Director. Tax withholding, gifts and dispositions to the issuer do not count. NULL for a stock with no transaction-coded insider filings on record.
