What’s in the universe?
~12,000 US equities (NYSE, Nasdaq, AMEX) plus the top 100 cryptos by market cap, recomputed every minute. Every plan includes the full ~12,000-ticker universe.
How fresh is the data?
Every minute during US market hours, and 24/7 for cryptos. Same refresh rate on every plan; freshness isn’t a tier lever.
Do you have an SDK?
REST API only today; SDKs for Python, Node, and Go are on the roadmap. The schema is small enough that LLMs and agents tend to call the API directly without one.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and get full feature access for 14 days — no credit card required. An API key is minted from your dashboard checklist; make calls immediately. At day 14, add a payment method and pick the tier that fits your usage. No charge if you don’t add a card.
What happens at the rate limit?
Requests over the per-minute cap return 429 rate_limited with a Retry-After header. Overage is never silently billed.
What if I cancel?
Your keys keep working until the end of the paid period, then stop. Webhooks and universes are preserved; resubscribe to re-enable them.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
From the dashboard, in one click. Mid-cycle changes are prorated.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — 20% off on every paid plan. Quotas reset monthly.
Is the data redistributable?
Within your own product or fund, yes. Reselling raw Tickerbot data as a feed requires the Enterprise tier.
What about cryptos?
The top 100 crypto symbols are included on every plan, with the same flag vocabulary as equities.
