Technical analysis alerts that fire when the setup forms

Tickerbot monitors 12,000+ stocks every 5 minutes for golden crosses, breakouts, volume spikes, RSI reversals, VWAP reclaims, and 50+ other technical indicators. Get notified the moment the pattern appears — not hours later when you finally check your charts.

Indicators, price action, and pattern recognition

From moving average crosses to momentum oscillators to volume confirmation signals — all in plain English.

Golden cross alerts (50-day crossing 200-day)

The textbook long-term bullish signal: when the 50-day moving average crosses above the 200-day. Tickerbot fires only on the cross itself — not on every bar where the 50 stays above the 200. Combine with volume, ratings, or earnings conditions to filter out the noise.

Example
Golden cross on any large-cap stock with a recent analyst upgrade
NVDA golden cross at $142.30 + 2 upgrades in the last 14 days.

Volume spike alerts (relative volume detection)

Volume precedes price. A stock spiking to 5× its 30-day average volume — even before any major price move — is usually telling you something is about to happen. Tickerbot measures relative volume for every ticker and fires when it crosses your threshold.

Example
Volume more than 5× average with price up more than 4% intraday
RIVN 5.4× volume, +6.1% intraday. Setup live.

Breakouts on volume (20-day high confirmation)

A stock breaking its 20-day high on weak volume is a trap. A breakout on 2× average volume is a signal. Tickerbot combines price levels with volume conditions so you catch the real breakouts and ignore the fake ones.

Example
Breaking the 20-day high on volume above 2× the 30-day average
AMD broke $148.20 (20d high) on 2.3× volume.

RSI oversold bounces (reversals with confirmation)

RSI crossing back above 30 is a reversal candidate. RSI crossing back above 30 while price reclaims VWAP on a volume bump is an actual setup. Tickerbot lets you stack conditions so you only get the signals worth watching.

Example
RSI crossed back above 30 and price reclaimed VWAP on volume
SOFI RSI 34.2, reclaimed VWAP at $9.80 on 1.8× volume.

VWAP reclaims (the intraday reversal)

A stock crossing back above VWAP after spending the morning below it — especially on a volume bump — is the textbook intraday reversal. Tickerbot fires only on the cross itself, not while price hovers around VWAP.

Example
Stock reclaimed VWAP after being below it for the first 90 minutes
TSLA reclaimed VWAP at $248.30 on 2.1× volume.

52-week highs and lows (momentum and capitulation)

Stocks making new 52-week highs on volume are momentum plays. Stocks making new 52-week lows on volume are capitulation entries. Tickerbot tracks both and lets you scope the alerts to watchlists, sectors, or market cap bands.

Example
Any stock on my watchlist making a new 52-week high on volume above average
AAPL new 52w high at $197.40 on 1.5× volume.
